Chief Information Security Officer
Jason Escaravage is the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for Thomson Reuters. In this role, Jason is responsible for all aspects of the company’s global information security risk management program.
Prior to this role, Jason served as the Head of Cyber Defense and Security Architecture for Thomson Reuters, leading functions responsible for identifying and mitigating cybersecurity risks to the company’s network, digital assets, customers, and employees.
Jason is a seasoned technology and information security leader with over 20 years of experience. Prior to joining TR in 2019, Jason was a Senior Vice President and Partner at Booz Allen Hamilton, a global consulting firm. Jason led Booz Allen’s Global Commercial Cyber Defense practice, providing support to 50+ Fortune 500 and Global 2000 organizations in the financial services, hi-tech, energy, healthcare and government industries. He is known in the industry for serving as incident commander and incident response lead for several of the largest data breaches and cybersecurity attacks in recent memory. Prior to joining Booz Allen’s commercial practice, Jason spent 15 years providing technology, cybersecurity, analytics, and intelligence support to clients in the U.S. Department of Defense and Intelligence Community executing critical national security missions.
Jason holds a degree in history and computer science from Rutgers University. He is based in Hoboken, New Jersey.
